Nature Journaling

Many educators want to use nature journaling to further nature science education and to connect learning from the classroom into the field. The obstacle should not be having supplies for the students or transportation to nature.

Having a journal in hand, pencils, and other observation tools helps students get excited about their journaling experience. The activity will be enriched by drawing, writing and recording their experience. Having this tool for learning will help them throughout their lives.

Environmental Volunteers is excited to offer mini-grants to educators who need resources to bring nature journaling to their students.
