Step 4: Our School Programs Manager will contact you to confirm your programs and to schedule dates/times
Registration Application Deadlines
New registrations will be accepted on a rolling basis, and as space permits. However, we request at least 4 weeks advance notice to schedule or change programs; anything under this timeframe isn’t guaranteed.
2023/2024 Fees
In-Person Program Fees
Non-Title 1 Schools:
Standard Classes (17-24 students): $280/class for either an in-class presentation or stand-alone field trip*.
Large Classes (25-32 students): $330/class for either an in-class presentation or stand-alone field trip*.
*Classes that select both an in-class presentation and a field trip receive a 50% discount on their field trip component ($140/class for Std classes; $165/class for Lrg classes). Participation in both components is required to be eligible for the discount.
“Nature in Your Neighborhood” Field Trip: $35 per each group (of 6-8 students)
Title 1 Schools:
Standard Title 1 Classes (17-24 students): $125/class for either an in-class presentation or stand-alone field trip**
Large Title 1 Classes (25-32 students): $145/class for either an in-class presentation or stand-alone field trip**
**Classes that select both an in-class presentation and a field trip receive a 50% discount on their field trip component ($60/class for Std classes; $70/class for Lrg classes). Participation in both components is required to be eligible for the discount.
“Nature in Your Neighborhood” Field Trip: $15 per each group (of 6-8 students)
Virtual Program Fees
(based on number of activities selected; each lesson can accommodate a maximum of 36 students, or one class):
Full Program Series (3-6 lessons**): $200
Ala Carte Lessons**: $70 each
