Not all of our School Programs are available at all times of the year. Please refer to the schedule below when selecting your programs. Click HERE to see our Program Schedule visually by month.

Most Field Trips are available year-round, weather permitting. Some exceptions apply.
A limited selection of virtual programs for grades K-5 may also be available during the Fall.
Programs are not available for TK/Pre-K at this time.

Registration Deadlines
All programs must be requested and confirmed at least 6-weeks in advance; programs that are not scheduled by that time are not guaranteed and may become ineligible this school year.
In addition, programs must be scheduled and confirmed by the following semester deadlines to be guaranteed a space on our calendar: Sept 1st for Fall Programs (Sept-Dec); Dec 1st for Winter Programs (Jan-Mar); Feb 1st for Spring Programs (Apr-June)
School Program Fees
2025/2026
Non-Title 1 Schools:
Standard Classes (17-24 students): $315/class for either an in-class presentation or stand-alone field trip*.
Large Classes (25-32 students): $385/class for either an in-class presentation or stand-alone field trip*.
Classes that select both an in-class presentation and a field trip receive a 50% discount on their field trip component ($160/class for Std classes; $195/class for Lrg classes). Participation in both components is required to be eligible for the discount.
“Nature in Your Neighborhood” Programs: $48 per each group (of 6-8 students)
Title 1 Schools:
Standard Title 1 Classes (17-24 students): $125/class for either an in-class presentation or stand-alone field trip**
Large Title 1 Classes (25-32 students): $145/class for either an in-class presentation or stand-alone field trip**
Classes that select both an in-class presentation and a field trip receive a 50% discount on their field trip component ($60/class for Std classes; $70/class for Lrg classes). Participation in both components is required to be eligible for the discount.
“Nature in Your Neighborhood” Programs: $15 per each group (of 6-8 students)
Important Invoice Updates for 2024/2025
Payment for EV programs will now be due before the programs take place, at least two-weeks prior to your first program. You’ll receive your invoice when your programs are confirmed.
