Nearby sanctuaries are located in Pacific Grove and Santa Cruz Natural Bridges State Park. Additionally, Monterey Audubon’s Seawatch program begins November 1st and runs through mid-December. A professional bird counter monitors and counts seabirds as they pass Point Pinos in Pacific Grove.
